Ingredients:
🥬 Arugula or mixed greens (2 cups)
🥓 3 slices of crispy cooked bacon (chopped)
🍅 Cherry tomatoes (halved)
🥑 1 avocado (diced)
🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs (halved)
🧀 Grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)
Dressing:
🍋 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
