Ingredients:

🧅 Red onion (1 small, finely chopped)
🌽 Sweet corn (1 cup, cooked or canned)
🌿 Fresh parsley (for garnish)
🌶️ Red chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
Dressing:
🍋 Lemon juice (3 tbsp)
🫙 Olive oil (2 tbsp)
🧂 Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
