Tuna and Avocado Salad🥗🥗


Ingredients:

Tuna: 1 can of tuna, drained (you can use tuna in water or oil depending on your preference)

Lettuce: 1-2 cups of fresh lettuce leaves, chopped or torn

Avocado: 1/2 avocado, sliced

Cucumber: 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced

Carrot: 1 small carrot, julienned or thinly sliced

Red Onion: 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Hard-Boiled Eggs: 1-2 eggs, halved

Lime: 1 lime, halved (for squeezing over the salad)

Salt and Pepper: To taste


Instructions:


Prepare the Ingredients:


Hard-boil the eggs if you haven't done so already. Once cooked, peel and cut them in half.


Drain the canned tuna and set it aside.


Wash and prepare the vegetables: chop the lettuce, julienne the carrot, slice the cucumber and avocado, and thinly slice the red onion.

Assemble the Salad:


On a large plate, start by arranging the chopped lettuce as the base.


Add the cucumber slices, carrot sticks, and red onion on top of the lettuce.


Place the drained tuna on one side of the plate.

Arrange the avocado slices and the hard-boiled egg halves next to the tuna.


Season and Serve:


Squeeze the lime over the entire salad for a fresh burst of citrus flavor.


Season with salt and pepper to taste.
