Ingredients:

1 salmon fillet (grilled or baked) 🍣

1/2 cup cooked white rice 🍚

1/2 avocado (sliced or diced) 🥑

1 cup arugula 🥬

1 boiled egg (halved) 🥚

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved) 🍅

1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒

Juice of 1/2 lemon 🍋

Fresh parsley (chopped) 🌿

Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂


Instructions:


Cook the Salmon:

Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice 🍋.


Grill, bake, or pan-sear the salmon until cooked through (about 3-4 minutes per side).


Prepare the Ingredients:

Cook the white rice and fluff with a fork.
