Shrimp and Avocado Salad 🥗🍤🥑


Ingredients:

🥬 Romaine lettuce or shredded cabbage (1 cup)

🍤 Cooked shrimp (12-15 pieces)

🥑 1 avocado (sliced)

🧅 1/4 red onion (diced)

🌿 Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

🍋 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice

🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil

🧂 Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


Prepare the Shrimp:

If using raw shrimp, cook them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper until pink and opaque. Let cool.


Assemble the Salad:

Place the shredded lettuce or cabbage as a base in a large bowl.


Add cooked shrimp, avocado slices, and diced red onion on top.


Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together lime or lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.


Combine and Garnish:

Drizzle the dressing over the salad.


Garnish with fresh cilantro and freshly ground black pepper.


Serve:

Serve immediately as a refreshing appetizer or main course.
